How do I place an order?

Please call us at 707-745-1463 to place your order.

You will need to know: pattern name, size, and shape required.

Sales tax is applicable to California residents only.

What are your Payment Methods?

We accept major credit cards Visa/MasterCard over the phone.

If you prefer to make your purchase by Cashier’s Check or Money Order, please make check payable to “Nourot Glass Studio”. Mail your payment to the following address:

Where are your glass objects made?

All items are made in California, USA.

Where does your merchandise ship from?

All orders are shipped from Benicia, CA by UPS, Fed EX or USPS.

We can email the UPS tracking number, USPS delivery confirmation, or FedEx tracking number. To track your order, please go to http://www.ups.com

What about breakage/Is it Common?

Breakage is not common. Orders are shipped in 200lb test corrugated boxes and wrapped in foam or bubble wrap. Flutes and especially fragile items are always double boxed. We have been shipping glass for over 35 years and the breakage rate is extremely small.

What is your Returns and Exchanges Policy?

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Although our policy is not to make refunds, we gladly take returns for an equal amount of new glass within 30 days of purchase. All custom made items and special order items are “ALL SALES FINAL”. We do not take any return on any custom made items.

For returns, please contact the studio for a return authorization Exchange Form. Please remember to include the invoice in your exchange package and once we received the items we will process it.

How soon do you ship your product after receiving my order ?

That depends on whether the items are in stock. If the items are in stock, we will ship the products within three business days (excluding holidays or weekends)..

I am very interested in your products and I have a store. How can I obtain your wholesale price list?

If you have a store, first make sure no one in your shopping center or part of town already sells Nourot Studio art objects. Our aim is to help you sell our glass in your store or gallery and does no one any good to see the same glass art in more than one location close by. If you are interested in buying at wholesale, we require the following information:

  • Your Company Name and Owners’ names
  • Your payment/bank information
  • Your company address
  • Your resale license
  • Three good recent trade references, preferably a craftsperson

Do you have a minimum order value?

For our wholesale customers, the minimum order value is $900 net, not including freight.

For our Retail customers there is NO MINIMUM.

I see a glass pattern that I am interested in, but it’s not made it in the items I want. Can you custom make items?

Yes, of course. This is a possibility. Just let us know the piece you saw it in, and we will work from there. Sometimes this amounts to a custom request, so please note ALL custom made items are NOT EXCHANGEABLE.

What is the lead-time for a custom order?

Please allow one to two months for a special piece to be made. Because our production schedule is on a color rotation, and it often takes that long to come around to the color you are requesting. Other times, we can make your piece within a week. We will work with you to complete the piece(s) you are ordering done as soon as possible. Please contact us by email with your delivery requirements. We will email you back about your item(s) in process. Express shipping is always also available for an additional charge.

What is the shipping time?

This will depend on what kind of shipping method you choice. UPS ususally take four to five days coast to coast. We can let you know the exact time when we are ready for shipping. For USPS Priority Mail please allow three to five business days. Shipments to Hawaii usually go Express Mail.

Do you offer rush delivery?

Yes, We are gladly to rush any order with an additional charge.

Do you have a catalog you can sent out?

Sorry we do not print any catalogs. This is because our patterns change often and the web allows us to keep a current catalog available to all customers.
